Job Description
- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Avoskin's collaboration with influencer and media
- Manage and oversee Avoskin's collaborations with influencers and media
- Measure the success of every collaborations with influencers and media
- Stay up to date with the latest trend of influencer collaboration
- Identify both current and new viral trends and insights. Including trends in social media recently.
- Have the ability to analyze and read data related to the effectiveness of collaboration with influencers and the media
- Interest and passion for beauty industry is a must!
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Have the ability to think strategies based on data from collaborating with influencers
- Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (preferred);
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness;
- Have an interest in the beauty industry
- Have good communication skills, maintain relationships, and are experienced in handling the community * (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience in dealing with various media
- Strengthen analysis in reporting processing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in related fields
- Great leadership skill
- Critical thinker and problem-solver skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with doing influencer research
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented person
