Job Description
- Carry out administrative tasks, including answering telephones, e-mails and preparing documents
- Make MoM at the meeting
- Arrange travel and accommodation if needed
- Become a representative of the Corporate Secretary if not in place
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Updating records and reports
- Help maintain budget plans
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Assist other staff and delegate direction
- Handling technical issues in his area of expertise
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management and administration
- In depth Corporate Actions knowledge (1 – 3 years)
- Ability to work to deadlines unsupervised
- Proactively reviewing current processes and suggesting improvements
