- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels both offline and online (website, social media, blogs, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions and ensure to support overall business goals;
- Conduct thorough audience research to understand target demographics, needs, and content preferences;
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging;
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content projects;
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings;
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights and data;
- Report on content metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization;
- Lead and mentor junior content strategists, writers, and other content team members;
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content efforts with overall business strategies;
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging across all platforms;
- Develop and maintain content guidelines and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.;
- 4+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field are preferred;
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies;
- Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing trends;
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Indonesia and English;
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc are preferred;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
