Job Description
To sell Ayala Land Premier Projects (targeted and omnibus) and to work with a strategic team that will provide real estate customers, utmost service and solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries
- Sell ALP Properties
- Build prospect client pool
- Provide efficient and excellent customer service
- Work harmoniously with a team
- Close a deal on focus/target project/s
- Initiate selling event/s and corporate tie ups
- Help the team with strategic sales program
- Others as deemed necessary by immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of selling experience preferably in real estate
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be skilled in MS Office
- Open to travelling for work
- Flexible with work schedule
- Preferably with broker’s license
