Job Description
Work you'll do
- Write and maintain clear and concise functional specifications on OneStream XF or Oracle EPM applications and business system processes
- Provide functional support to EPM customers as a project and/or support resource
- Determine the best functional solutions to satisfy business requirements of EPM customers
- Document systems design, create specification, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on user or system design specifications
- Analyze data and drive to desired end results to develop testing and conversion plans
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid working relationship for both the EPM team and B-EYE
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis (revenue, cost, expense)
- Experience with any of the Hyperion suite of products or similar tools
- Knowledge and understanding of financial and management accounting, process and systems
- Advanced MS Office skills, in particular data manipulation and presentation in Excel
- Willing to work Central European hours (2 pm to 11 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight) and open to shifting schedules
Preferred
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
- Experience in budgeting and planning
- Ability to be a part of multiple projects at once and deliver assigned tasks on time
- Ability to collaborate with multi-cultural team and clients across different time zones for global projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in English
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
