Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Engineering Team and acquire the ability to make configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events at a medium complexity level.
- Assure quality standards for a delivered solution or installation
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure operational hardware / software on client site
- Ensure personal growth and development
- Own and resolve problems
- Owns and takes responsibility for the delivery of a solution or installation
- Pre-configure hardware / software before installation on client site
- Provide telephonic, remote and on-site support to clients

Minimum Qualifications
- Tertiary diploma in Technology or entry level Certification in Technology will be advantages (IPK > 3.0)
- Fresh Graduate / Experience in IT industry will be advantages
- Have organization experience will be an advantages
- Display a strong learning orientation
- Good verbal communication skills
- Have a hands-on proactive approach
Specific Requirement :
Network Engineer : Have skill such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent for Switch, Router, Wireless technology will be advantages.
