Job Description

Seorang Relationship Manager Corporate Banking akan berfokus pada layanan pelanggan dan penjualan produk serta layanan BCA untuk nasabah korporasi seperti cash management / transactional banking.

Peran Relationship Manager :

  • Aktif menggali kebutuhan nasabah, memahami product knowledge transaction banking, memberikan solusi tuntas sesuai kebutuhan bisnis nasabah
  • Follow up dan berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait untuk memproses solusi yang diajukan kepada nasabah
  • Monitoring & mengoptimalkan penggunaan solusi transaction banking nasabah

Minimum Qualifications

  • Wajib menguasai bahasa asing (Korea/ Mandarin-Hokkien)
  • Lulusan S1 dari semua jurusan
  • IPK minimal 3.00
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja dalam hal cash management / transaction banking
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
