Job Description
Perkembangan teknologi yang kian pesat merupakan salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh semua perusahaan di Indonesia, termasuk BCA. Menjawab tantangan ini, BCA terus mengedepankan inovasi agar dapat senantiasa menjadi bank yang dapat diandalkan oleh masyarakat.
Seiring dengan menigkatnya jumlah transaksi, nasabah, dan anggota tim IT, BCA membutuhkan IT Asset Management dan Digital Employee Experience Staff untuk melakukan hal-hal berikut ini:
IT Asset Management Staff:
- Bekerjasama dengan unit kerja terkait untuk menindaklanjuti pendaftaran asset baru/asset keluar/relokasi aset
- Memonitor proses pendaftaran dan pendataan aset telah mengikuti proses yang berlaku
- Melakukan pencatatan aset baru dan melakukan perubahan data jika diperlukan
- Menjadi PIC proyek di aplikasi internal terkait dengan IT Assets
- Mengelola data hasil stock opname
- Melakukan pencatatan barcode aset DC dan non DC
Digital Employee Experience Staff
- Melakukan koordinasi proyek dengan unit kerja lain
- Mensupervisi pekerjaan TKAD Technical Support
- Mempersiapkan perlengkapan kerja untuk karyawan baru
- Eksplorasi teknologi baru terkait dengan perlengkapan kerja
- Menjadi pelaksana untuk mengkoordinasikan End User Software Committee
Terdapat 2 jalur untuk menjadi IT Asset Management dan Digital Employee Experience Staff di IT BCA, yaitu:
- IT Staff. Karyawan akan melalui masa probation selama 3 bulan dan akan mendapatkan pembekalan teknis, buddy, dan mentor dari IT BCA. Jalur ini terbuka untuk Experienced Professional.
- Karyawan PKWT (Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu). Karyawan PKWT akan menjalani masa kontrak selama 1 tahun dengan mendapatkan pembekalan teknis, pelatihan soft skill, buddy, dan mentor. Setelah menyelesaikan masa kontrak, karyawan PKWT berkesempatan diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap IT BCA. Jalur ini terbuka untuk Entry Level dan Experienced Professional.
Minimum Qualifications
IT Asset Management Staff:
- Minimal lulusan S1 yang berkaitan dengan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, dan teknik Industri
- IPK minimal 2.75
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai hardware dan software IT
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan project management
- Memiliki pengetahuan atau pengalaman dalam menggunakan Ms. Office
- Mampu melakukan pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan (minimal menggunakan Ms. Excel)
- Experienced: Memiliki pengalaman dalam IT procurement, budgeting, maupun penggunaan asset management tools
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta / Tangerang
Digital Employee Experience Staff:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika/Teknik Komputer
- Mampu melakukan coding/scripting powershell
- Mengerti Windows OS Administration (basic)
- Mampu melakukan upgrade PC/laptop (contoh: install SSD, RAM)
- Fasih dengan MS Office dan pencatatan data
- Attention to detail
- Suka belajar dan explore hal baru
- Suka pekerjaan teknikal
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
