Job Description

BCA sebagai Bank yang selalu berinovasi dalam teknologi terkini, berupaya untuk terus meningkatkan “excellence customer experience”nya. Melalui Program Branch Improvement (PBI) ini BCA memiliki spirit untuk menjalankan dan terus mengembangkan pelayanan kepada nasabah di cabang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman.

Peserta PBI akan belajar dengan cara terlibat langsung dalam proses inovasi dan continuous improvement di Kantor Pusat. Mulai dari bagaimana mendapatkan inspirasi untuk inovasi atau improvement, pengembangan ide dan konsep menjadi desain proses/ prototype/ business model hingga implementasinya. Dengan demikian diharapkan lulusan PBI nantinya tidak hanya kompeten dalam mengelola cabang dan memberikan layanan nasabah yang unggul, tapi juga mampu berperan aktif dalam men-transformasi cabang di era digital ini.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulusan Sarjana (S1) dengan IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00)
  • Usia maksimal 25 tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara team
  • Aktif dalam organisasi
  • Bersedia tidak menikah selama 1 (satu) tahun pendidikan
  • Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas setelah pendidikan
  • Penempatan Seluruh Indonesia
