Job Description

Memastikan BCA menyalurkan kreditnya kepada masyarakat secara sehat, dibutuhkan proses analisa menggunakan pendekatan atau rasio-rasio keuangan tertentu untuk menentukan kebutuhan kredit yang wajar. Sebagai garda depan dalam menyaring kualitas kerjasama kredit, seorang Analis Kredit berperan penting mengawal proses tersebut berjalan dengan baik bagi kelanjutan perusahaan. Proses analisa kredit yang terstruktur dan objektif dapat mengurangi potensi masalah kredit macet yang berbahaya dihadapi perusahaan kedepannya.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulusan S1 dari latar belakang pendidikan Teknik / Ekonomi

  • IPK minimal 2,75

  • Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Ekonomi atau Teknik

  • Usia maksimal 24 tahun

  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

  • Memiliki keinginan berprestasi

  • Bersedia tidak menikah selama 1 (satu) tahun pendidikan

  • Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas setelah pendidikan

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya, Medan, Jakarta, Bandung dan Semarang
