Job Description

Dengan bergabung bersama Tim Logistik BCA tentunya akan menjadi pelajaran berharga bagi Anda. BCA mencari Senior Mechanical & Electrical Designer yang bertugas untuk melakukan perencanaan serta mengawasi proyek pembangunan gedung, khususnya pada bidang Mekanikal dan Elektrikal. Selain itu, seorang Senior Mechanical & Electrical Designer juga akan merencanakan, menindaklanjuti, dan berkoordinasi dengan unit kerja terkait untuk memenuhi permintaan dalam bentuk pembangunan gedung baru maupun renovasi, berkoordinasi dengan konsultan perencana, kontraktor pelaksana dan pengawas proyek, mengawasi, memonitor, membuat laporan pengawasan, dan administrasi pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan dan renovasi atas prasarana/sarana gedung yang dilaksanakan oleh kantor pusat, memastikan progres pekerjaan dan serah terima proyek sesuai dengan kontrak kerja, prosedur serta wewenang yang berlaku serta melakukan pekerjaan building audit sesuai lokasi kantor BCA yang telah dievaluasi oleh Biro Manajemen Properti.

Minimum Qualifications

Lulusan S1 jurusan Teknik Elektrikal (Arus Besar)
Pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun, dengan IPK minimal 2.75
Usia maksimal 30 tahun
Dapat menggunakan Auto CAD diutamakan
