Melalui program selama kurang lebih 3 tahun peserta akan dibekali dengan berbagai pengetahuan Perbankan yang menyeluruh, pengalaman on the job training di berbagai unit kerja di BCA, serta kesempatan untuk terlibat langsung dalam menangani suatu proyek.

Kesempatan ini terbuka bagi Anda yang sedang meniti karir atau lulusan baru yang berprestasi dalam bidang akademik maupun non akademik, serta memiliki pengalaman berkepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi.

Minimum Qualifications

Mempunyai minat yang tinggi untuk mengembangkan diri di dunia Perbankan
Proaktif dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi
Mempunyai dorongan untuk selalu meningkatkan diri
Menyukai tantangan
Lulusan S1 atau S2 dari universitas yang terkemuka di dalam ataupun luar negeri
Pengalaman bekerja maksimal 2 tahun, Min. Sarjana S1 degan IPK Min. 3,50
Lulusan baru, Min. Sarjana S1 degan IPK Min. 3,50, berprestasi & aktif organisasi (akademis/non akademis)
Usia maksimal 24 tahun (S1), dan 26 tahun (S2)
Belum menikah
