Job Description
- Mengerti dan memahami laporan Neraca dan Laba rugi perusahaan
- Melakukan analisa performa perusahaan yang salah satunya berdasarkan Neraca Laba rugi
- Membuat laporan performa perusahaan berdasarkan rencana perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan
- Memberikan rekomendasi kepada Manajemen berdasarkan laporan performa yang dibuat
- Membuat rencana perusahaan untuk 1 tahun kedepan berdasarkan ketentuan regulator
Minimum Qualifications
- Berusia maksimal 30 tahun (prefer Perempuan)
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Accounting di perbankan minimal 2 tahun
- Menguasai aplikasi Ms. Office (diutamakan aplikasi excel dan Power Point)
- Memiliki analitycal thinking yang kuat terkait dengan laporan yang disajikan
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan bagian lain
- Teliti, cermat, menyukai detail, memiliki motivasi tinggi & mampu bekerja secara individual dan tim
