Job Description

The Company

BCI Media Group is a leading provider of building and construction information with offices across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. We service a large portfolio of industry professionals allowing them to maintain a competitive advantage and win new business through the use of market information provided.

The Role

The position will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver recruitment needs for the different departments in a timely manner

  • Oversee end to end recruitment cycle for the company
  • Evaluate and asses candidate application/ resume for suitability for open role applied for
  • Proactively source for qualified profiles
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Conduct background check on shortlisted applicants
  • Assist in the on boarding process of new starters
  • Maintain relationship with Sr. HR Officer and hiring managers: setting expectations, strategy meetings, creating requisitions
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
  • Uphold BCI Asia company values and corporate mission

The Candidate

BCI Asia is looking for an experienced recruiter who is ready to share their knowledge and skills in hiring top candidates. We need people who are hard- working and able to multitask in a fast pace environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience doing end to end recruitment
  • Experience working as an HR Generalist is preferred
  • Experience in BPO recruitment or high-volume recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills is a must;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City;
  • Preferably 3 -5years Experienced Employees specializing in HR/Recruitment/Admin
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
