Job Description
The Role
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by providing operational and strategic HR services within the organization.
Responsibilities but not limited to the below:-
- Recruiting and staffing - responsible to handle end to end recruitment process from placement of advertisement until candidate come on board. Ensure all vacant positions fill-up as per standard timeline.
- On-boarding and inductions for new hires.
- Handle payroll processing activities such as payroll computation, monitor timekeeping & attendance reports, payment of statutory government premiums and loans, and commissions/incentives and making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time.
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Ensure effective communication with all staff to maintain an ethical and transparent working relationship.
- Provide a consultancy service to line management and staff of over 175 employees on various HR issues/matters.
- Work closely with line managers and provide counsel in adherence to the BCI’s Performance Management Standards. Including rewards & recognition, training and development as well as disciplinary action.
- Liaising with our legal retainer to ensure handling of such cases in compliance with applicable labor laws and standards
- Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.
- Involve in HR Group Project.
- Any task assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferebly from Human Resource background.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with similar capacity.
- Hands-on experience in handling end to end recruitment cycle, generalist task, and employee relations.
- Well versed with Philippine Labor standards.
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Meticulous - attention to details
