A Data Management Assistant is responsible for collecting, sanitizing, and data mining. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data. Identify processes for improvement to enhance the quality and timeliness of data processing and report generation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Ensures data collected internally and externally were based on agreed lead time.
2. File conversion, and data chunking and import.
3. Automatic or manual data sanitation
4. Ensuring that the data processing and sanitation methods are complete and optimized
5. Computation of employee incentives
6. Submission and discussion of raw data, data computations, and reports to be reviewed by the Data Management personnel.
7. Creation and discussion of analyses, reports, presentations, visualization, and dashboard for the intended audience or users
8. Maintaining databases for easier processing
9. Addressing concerns, additional support, or suggested improvements.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Entrepreneurship, or in any business-related field
- At least 2 years of general experience in Data Management
- Specialized training or experience in Advanced MS Excel, and MS Power Point
- Knowledge of Google Sheets Query functions and Dashboarding is an advantage
