Job Description
The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for the systems analysis, development, integration testing, user testing, migration, documentation, and maintenance of system applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. Further, develops operations solutions by guiding the development of program specifications, overseeing testing efforts and leading a team of software developers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technolody of equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/ 5yrs and up
- Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Demostrate leadership abilities and can manage a group of programmers.
- Srong project management skills.
- Technical experience with systems. networking, databases, Web development, Mobile Application development, ERP Systems and user support.
- Experienced and knowledgable in the following: Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, C++, software Documentation, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Software Achitecture, Coaching and deployment using the following languages:
- Programming Language: NET (VB6 or C++), Framework (3.5 or 4.0), Java, PHP, CS5, Java Script, Ajax, XML, VBnet, Oracle, C#.
- Database: MS SQL (2005 or higher), MySQL (5..0 or 6.0) Development IDE: MS Visual Studio (2008 or 2010) and Adobe Dreamweaver (Any CS version), Sublime and VS Code (any version)
- Familiar with web/mobile design tools such as adobe photoshop, illustrator and other web design softwares.
