Job Description
- Coordinate collection activities of P2P lending products, minimize net credit losses.
- Monitoring day to day work process of the team and assist team member in difficult cases.
- Providing report on team performance in regular basis in accordance to the performance report, review and coach team member.
- Managing and optimizing collection cost, including calculating team's insentive.
- Preparing, documenting, and monitoring strategy effectiveness and custody of the collection strategy.
- Preparing and processing improvement proposal and implementation to improve productivity and collection performance.
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all collection strategies. Designing and conducting champion and challenger tests of all collection strategies.
- Developing training modules for collection team.
- Working with all systems and setting up innovations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Eager to work at PT Finansial Integrasi Tekonologi (Pinjam Modal);
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent in shifting scheduling;
- Good interpersonal skills.
