Job Description
- Mencapai target sales pribadi
- Merekrut Agen dan maintain agen agar tetap produktif
- Melakukan direct selling kepada konsumen baru

Minimum Qualifications
- Laki-Laki/Perempuan usia 25-35 tahun
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pembiayaan sertifikat rumah (banking/property/asuransi)
- Memiliki jaringan luas dan berpengalaman dalam pembiayaan sertifikat rumah
- Fresh Graduate silahkan melamar
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, orientasi pada target
- Supel, mudah beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru
- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan
