Job Description
- Melakukan instalasi, pemantauan, pengecekan (trouble shooting) dan perbaikan (Problem solving) terhadap komputer, jaringan dan perangkatnya di cabang
- Melakukan follow up terhadap keluhan user sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku
- Memberikan rekomendasi solusi kepada atasan/user atas permasalahan di cabang
Minimum Qualifications
- Pend Min D3/S1 IT/Teknik Komputer dan sejenis
- Usia maks. 27 Th.
- Memahami Jaringan dan Troubleshooting Hardware/Software
- Mature, mudah beradaptasi dan komunikatif
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke cabang-cabang/Area 15B Ambon
- Cabang penempatan di BFI Jayapura
