Job Description
- Responsible for implementing monitoring programs and SK as well as policies that apply at the branch
- Responsible for monitoring the productivity of the people in the branch (marketing, billing, legal, and credit)
- Monitoring the fulfillment and turnover of PBF people at the branch
- Provide initiation programs for the development of PBF people in branches
- Coordinate with PBF internal units regarding training materials & PBF training curriculum
- Reporting on the productivity of PBF personnel at the branch and MPP fulfillment at the branch (all units)
- Coordinate with HC regarding the GLP technical program for the development of PBF people
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Having a year of experience in Business & People Development
- Strong knowledge in negotiation
- Able to work in a team and good in communication
- Good negotiation skill
- Able to operate MS Office
