Job Description
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen agen, visit, dan maintain mediator (agen) / pihak ke 3 untuk menghasilkan database prospek debitur atau calon debitur
- Melakukan follow up agar database debitur atau calon debitur siap disurvey
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita, usia max 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3, SMA/SMK/Sederajat berpengalaman dipertimbangkan
- Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan dan target oriented
- Mempunyai kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C, serta SIM A menjadi nilai tambah
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun
- Freshgraduate dipersilakan melamar.
