Job Description
- Develop and implement the Annual Internal Audit plan
- Test and evaluate the implementation of internal control and risk management systems in accordance with applicable policies
- Conduct inspections and assessments of efficiency and effectiveness in finance, accounting, operations, HR, marketing, information technology and other activities
- Provide suggestions on what to improve in the form of objective information about activities to be checked at the management level
- Make a report on audit results, then submit it to the President Director
- Monitor, analyze and report on the implementation of the follow-up improvements that have been suggested
- Cooperating with External Auditor
- Conducting special inspection if needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting or any related fields
- Extensive experience in auditing financial services industry
- Candidate who has working experience from Big 4 Audit Firm is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Audit Manager and lead a team in Fintech company
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Certified of Auditor (CISA/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/CRISC);
