Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab dalam tugas manage, review, develop dan evaluasi strategi & process Bisnis Retail terutama dalam bidang Leaseback.
- Membangun dan mengelola hubungan dengan konsumen, agen bisnis/broker serta tim (staff).
- Merencanakan strategi untuk mencapai target.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita
- Usia Max 33 Tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK Min. 3.00 semua jurusan
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yg baik, ramah, supel
- Memiliki jiwa leadership
- Memiliki SIM C / SIM A
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang BFI di Jawa Tengah
- Bersedia menjalani Ikatan Dinas selama 2 tahun
