Responsibility:
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture
- Overseeing and coordinating cultural initiatives, programs, and events
- Monitoring and addressing any issues or trends that could impact the company culture
- Managing feedback mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and culture fit
- Improve internal learning system capabilities (MBEAT) to nurture learning and company culture
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree
- At least 8 years experience as HR Culture engagement & creative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- Have strong creativity and passionate and understanding to create an inclusive and engaging work environment
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
