Project Support
- Melakukan tugas-tugas administrasif dan teknis dalam proyek IT.
- Mengelola akses pengguna dan konfigurasi sistem
- Melakukan pemeliharaan dan pemantauan infrastruktur IT.
- Membantu dalam eskalasi permasalahan teknis ke vendor atau pihak ketiga.
Administrasi IT
- Mengeloloa dokumentasi proyek
- Membantu pembuatan laporan dan presentasi terkait proyek-proyek yang berjalan.
- Mengelola data dan pengarsipan terkait proyek IT.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate atau mahasiswa dalam tingkat akhir
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang jaringan komputer, administrasi Linux, atau cybersecurity
- Memiliki keterampilan dasar dalam menggunakan penggunaan Excel, Word, Powerpoint atau Google Workspace.
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam pengelolaan dokumen dan laporan proyek.
- Teliti dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
