- Mengelola Corporate Account ranah (FMCG, FSI/Perbankan, Educational,Horeca/Hotel Restaurant Cafe dan Hospitality/Rumah Sakit) atau (Manufactur,Oil and Gas, Agro, dan Telco,BUMN,Logistic) dan Pemerintahan
- Mengelola Corporate Account yang dihandle mulai dari melakukan profiling customer (jenis/tipe account, size account, jumlah user) hingga melakukan pertemuan dan kunjungan kepada Corporate Account yang dihandle untuk memperkenalkan Perusahaan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan Account, menciptakan peluang dan demand penjualan.
- Melakukan proses penjualan, mulai dari pembuatan penawaran (Sales Quotation), follow up penawaran, negosiasi harga, pembuatan dokumen Sales Order (SO) pada sistem, dan monitoring progres Sales Order yang dibuat.
- Membuat pipeline secara berkala guna mengevaluasi aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam penjualan.
- Membantu proses uji fungsi barang apabila dibutuhkan oleh customer, mulai dari mengidentifikasi adanya kebutuhan uji fungsi, koordinasi dengan tim terkait, hingga proses pelaksanaan uji fungsi barang.
- Melakukan proses SRT (Sales Return) apabila terjadi ketidaksesuaian barang dengan pesanan yang dibuat, mulai dari memproses dokumen SRT dan pembuatan SO baru, koordinasi dengan pihak terkait, hingga monitoring tindak lanjut dari proses SRT yang berlangsung.
- Membantu koordinasi ke pihak internal Bhinneka terkait permasalahan transaksi penjualan
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Pendidikan D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Pemasaran/Marketing
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Key Account Manager / Account Executive / Key Account Management / Sales Coporate
- Terbiasa melakukan penjualan dan negosiasi di dunia Retail,Corporate/Pemerintahan, lebih diutamakan yang memiliki account corporate maupun pemerintahan
- Faham mengenai barang IT baik hardware maupun software
- Terbiasa dengan angka target tinggi baik /quartal atau /tahun
