Job Description
- Assess the academy product and education technology development needs (especially in constructing assessment and other behavioral data analysis to improve learning, education, and teaching process)
- Design and manage end-to-end research based on the needs through various methodologies (literature research, user research, etc)
- Implement the academy product development and improvement based on the needs through various type of solutions to improve the quality of the education & learning process
- Collaborate with Academy Operation team to execute the development and improvement iteration
- Collaborate with Technology Product team to develop the most optimum education technology product
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (in Psychology / Neuroscience / Education / other related social science will be a big plus)
- Must be passionate and highly curious in learning, education, and technology
- Having min. 2 years' working experience in psychometric field / psychological & behavioral test / assessment construction / L&D / other related field
- Having quantitative and/or qualitative research skill
- Preferably to have strategical thinking, project management, product development, and data management skills;
