Job Description

  • Responsible in motivating and leading the Sales team to attain 100% committed sales team goal and pass the KPI score (75%) by the end of the year.
  • Develop sales strategies to ensure continuous business and active movement in the market.
  • Analyze sales figures to easily determine where the team will focus to ensure constant productivity.
  • Establish, maintain and expand current customer base through proper area management and assignment.
  • Keep self abreast of the current trends in the market as well as increasing knowledge in GBC products and brands.
  • Monitor the attendance of a team in terms of punctuality and absences.
  • Help in the implementation and monitoring of 100% adherence of the company's rules and regulation.
  • Submit accurate and complete reports on time and ensure that all the members of the group are submitting on time as well.
  • Check and approve submitted itineraries of the subordinates.
  • Monitor and check daily itineraries of subordinates and ensure that time and efforts are maximized to the fullest.
  • Verify correctness of liquidation report submitted by subordinates.
  • Represent the management in cascading factual and accurate announcements, memo, information, advises, etc. to subordinates.
  • Provide timely feedbacks in terms of group performance, recommend hiring and firing, issue memo when necessary, and mediate on issues that needs to be resolved within his level.
  • Recommend trainings, whether local or foreign, applicable to subordinate to ensure continuous growth and development.
  • Facilitate productive and quality group meeting in order to provide up to date information about projects and accounts.
  • Conduct performance evaluation of subordinates.
  • Create and implement protocols and guidelines for the improvement of own team.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course
  • With a related experience of 2 years or more
  • experience on medical and laboratory equipment is an edge
  • has good management skills, sales-driven attitude and goal-oriented
  • Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City but will do fieldwork as well
