Job Description
- Have experience implementing Objective Key Result (OKR) in previous company is a MUST.
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, cascading organizational goals effectively, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; and maintaining compensation.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and ensuring every level of the organization lives and breathes its core six values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management or any related major.
- At least 8 years experience in related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple projects and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fast, Focus and responsive to needs of colleagues
- Excellent organization and leadership skill
- Able to analyze, deciding and implementing strategic business
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resource Management including General Affair principles and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of Labor law, employment legistlations and regulations
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all level in the company
- Having a business acumen partnered with attention to human element is required
- Having a good experience in develop KPI, compensation and benefit strategy to support company
- Proficient in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
