Job Description
- Closely communicate with managing team and staff
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment including the continuation of acquiring operational legalization of property factors including gov´t requirements on sanitation, electrical, structural, architectural, environmental, safety, and the like (already in progress)
- Hire competent key staff and be accountable for the responsibilities of staffs
- Do simple HR duties such as preparing payroll, tracking leaves and absences, sanctions, onboarding training, etc.
- Review/provide and implement effective operational procedures of the resort
- Handle customer facing and take ownership of guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
- Assisting in guest sales when required and development with sales prospects
- Handle procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be Filipino
- Bachelor´s degree in the related field
- With solid working experience in the related field
- Required languages: English and Filipino
- Must be highly knowledgeable in all facets of hotel operations
- Must be highly organized, have strong leadership and communication skills with a high level of human relations
- Must be sharp in responding to challenges and motivating others to be likewise
- Willing to be based in General Luna, Siargao
