Job Description
As a Business Development Staff you will be responsible for growing Blibli’s sales revenue by securing new partnerships, as well as maintaining and growing existing ones. You are also welcomed to identify business opportunities and improvements that can contribute to the company’s top and bottom line, and initiate new projects to exploit these opportunities. To be successful in this role you must be a self starter and a quick learner, have a strong social and professional network, communicate and work well with other people, exhibit a high degree of patience and confidence, responsive to the voice of customers, be able to work under pressure, be able to juggle multiple urgent tasks at once, be a strong and creative problem solver, be thorough and have a high degree of attention to details. This role provides many challenges, and therefore opportunities for you to demonstrate your strength, as well as develop your weaker side.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputable University (with GPA min 3.3)
- Work experience: 1-3 years, but exceptional fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), in English and Indonesian
- Able to work well in a team, as well as individually
- Previous retail strategy and/or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Pro in Microsoft Office applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
