Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and more.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.
- Responding to breakdowns
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Isolation of problems thru phone.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Maintaining records of software licenses.
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
Knowledge and skills required:
- Basic operations of Operating Systems.
- MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Access).
- Network knowledge also like TCP, IP, etc.
- Computer Software Troubleshooting.
