Job Description
- Manage planning engineer manpower for every project, you have full authority in deciding your engineering squad.
- Supervise the engineering plan process for every Bobobox project, in terms of product & budget conformity.
- Report to Construction Planning Assistant Manager (CPAM), direct leader, and other related stakeholders for engineering output in Bobobox
- Ensure engineering output quality to be accountable for the construction process.
- Lead the engineering design presentation and negotiation process with related stakeholders (internal and external).
- Liaise with Research & Development (R&D) team in terms of engineering product improvement, to be well documented for project scalability.
- Evaluate and iterate the internal process regarding workflow & methods to ensure the most efficient result for a project plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related major.
- Proven minimum 5 years experience as a practician in your field as an engineering consultant.
- Familiar with project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge in civil engineering and/or MEP engineering is a must.
- Experience working in a start-up environment will be your advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously result-oriented.
- Excellent management skills and business acumen.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative and have a strong analytical and strategical mindset.
- Demonstrate strong judgment in decision-making along with a clear ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
- Cooperative team player, roll-up sleeves mindset, and people development enthusiast.
- Willing to work based in Bandung (dedicated time for WFO);
- Willing to travel frequently.
