What Is Your Role
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for providing assistance to an important asset of our client: their People. These duties include sourcing for qualified candidates through different channels and platforms, conducting initial screening and interviews, maintaining an applicant database, and arranging final interviews.

What Will You Do
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment of new team members for our client.
- Understand all requirements by coordinating with designated POCs from the client.
- Conduct outreach to client-screened candidates
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases
- Manage all recruitment channels and, if needed, research and recommend new sourcing channels/methods
- Respond to candidates' messages and schedule those interested to chat for initial interviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Mastery of the English language, both in written and verbal mediums
- Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well
- Excellent analytical skills
