What Is Your Role

As the Global Director for Talent Acquisition, you will help Boldr fulfill its vision of helping people grow and connect. You will oversee a set of key People related processes that are integrated with each other, from hiring to onboarding and from performance development to retention. You will help us implement a talent management strategy to capitalize on our people’s full potential on a global level. You will help us increase performance by motivating, engaging, and retaining employees in order to build a sustainable competitive advantage through an integrated system of talent management practices. You will provide strategic direction on talent, learning, career and leadership development by aligning departmental goals with Company’s objectives.

What Will You Do

  • Establish an employer branding strategy to attract the right candidates to our openings.
  • Enhance the candidate experience to influence Boldr’s brand reputation and increase the Company’s ability to deploy talent within agreed timelines.
  • Advise, design, improve, and implement a selection process that allows managers to spot and handpick critical talent according to Company’s values.
  • Monitor talent acquisition impacts and adjust methodologies to maintain high success rates.
  • Maximise resources and promote referral programs effectively to help pick up candidates that onboard quicker and perform better and increase retention. Develop and maintain a network of potential future talent.
  • Develop strategies to Inboard people by offering developmental opportunities that increase promotion rate and allow people to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Support Engagement initiatives to keep people motivated to perform well consistently.
  • Initiate retention strategies with L&D that identify talent through a succession planning process to be able to fill crucial top positions whenever they become vacant.
  • Support Learning and Development programs to ensure the best practices in educating employees are implemented in the Company to strategically retain and transform key performers in the organization’s front runners.
  • Develop performance development approaches at all levels to track and improve company wide performance.
  • Keep abreast with talent acquisition methodologies and legislation globally.
  • Relationship and performance management of the recruitment service providers to ensure effective service delivery as-and-when required.
  • Keep accurate data of all talent acquisition initiatives. Analyse data and report findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Forecast talent acquisition needs based on business growth plans.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards.
  • Measuring TA metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.
  • Participating in and hosting TA events for driving our company’s awareness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in and understanding of talent acquisition, management and development
  • Experience managing employer branding initiatives and the full cycle of the talent management process.
  • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
  • Good knowledge of developments and expertise in Learning, development and talent
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
  • Great interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Ability to influence employees at all levels to support your strategies
  • Familiarity with performance development approaches and systems
  • Experience delivering employee training programmes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field you’re passionate about!
  • HR Professional Certification
