Job Description:
The Nudge Research Manager is responsible for supporting the SaaSWorks Nudge team by providing research services to prepare nudges that are delivered to SaaSWorks clients. Your primary activity will be to research accounts and contacts and help enrich both for the Nudging and Analysis teams at SaaSWorks. Beyond research, the Nudge Research Manager is also responsible for helping to deliver nudges to the SaaSWorks customers.
Sample tasks you’ll perform:
- Researching contacts online to validate data like job titles and employment status
- Researching account data like industry for ongoing enrichment purposes
- Researching contact engagements to qualify the state of the cases, sales activities, and other communications
- Reviewing nudges before delivery to SaaSWorks customers
- Acting as a thought and feedback partner to the SaaSWorks product team to improve workflow and process
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years professional experience
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry and the role of SaaS Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management best practices
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
- The high degree of comfort looking through unstructured and structured data to identify patterns.
