Job Description
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing housing and land development inspection.
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Responsible for DMAIC process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Work experiences related to the position are an advantage.
- Knowledge in basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
- Proficient in using AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point.
- Team player and has good communication skills.
- Amenable to be assigned in different site projects of the company.
