Job Description
- Provide first-level support to end-users on software and system applications, hardware and mobile devices, network maintenance, and other IT-related services.
- Provide assistance including guidance to all IT concerns with regards to purchasing and assigning of all its official devices to end-users
- Conduct on-hand inventory in the head office and satellite office.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills including the ability to work with users of all ability level.
- Work-related experience in a Helpdesk or IT service center environment is an advantage.
- Candidate must also be willing to be trained in our Quezon City office for a month.
