Job Description
- Perform functional and economic land development design.
- Validate structural designs & ensure compliance with the standard.
- Perform random field works and or oculars needed for the design.
- Ensure the structural integrity of land development and housing structures.
- Ensure a balance between land and development cost including optimum design.
- Turn-over of complete design plans and documents for permit purposes.
- Sign and seal plans, specifications, and documents submitted to agencies.
- Conduct a random audits of on-going structures for compliance on approved design.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must have a professional license in civil engineering.
- Plan comprehension, design analysis & estimation skills.
- Above-average problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and flexible.
