Job Description
- Responsible for the rectification, monitoring and, finding a contractor for the complaints of the buyer.
- Prepare project estimate, requisition of materials for unit preparation, complaints and etc.
- Check and monitor units with occupancy permit, construction, and electrical bond accurately.
- Responsible for awarding repair works to the contractor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4 to 5-year course preferably related to ENgineering or Business Administration.
- Computer literate and must have good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in customer service and has a background in construction.
- Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
