Job Description
- Develop digital marketing campaign & strategic plan road-map based on technology advancement, competitive landscape, research on the digital market, and internal use cases
- Well Known for All Social Media Digital Platform Strategy, Indicators & Boosters (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Tik Tok & Twitter)
- Experience in handling, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing channels. E.g: Google ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Media Buying Platforms
- Analyse data from our range of analytic tools. E.g: Redash (Business Intelligence), Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Stay updated on trending digital marketing channels and trends
- Experience in handling, monitoring, and optimizing organic channels. E.g: SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Handling, monitoring, and optimizing digital sales channels. E.g: Giladiskon, GetPlus
- Understands Sales Funnel (Reach, Traffic, Installs, Register, Check-out, Purchase, Payment, Retention)
- Understands key digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPI, CPA, CPS, CPO)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in performance-based or result-driven Digital Marketing
- Has an Ability in SEO analytic will be an extra Point
- Expert at Planing, Define and Creating Content for All Marketing Digital Platforms
- Experienced in developing teams and introducing systems, process, and measures to achieve business objective
- Excellent record of target record of reaching and exceeding business targets
- Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- University degree in Business, Marketing (an advantage if you are strong in number such as Technical, Math, Statistics, etc)
- Quick and agile in Microsoft Suite services (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Excellent in speaking and writing in English, and Bahasa
