Job Description
- Responsible for product category operation, formulate category operation planning, use platform existing tools to design user-oriented category operation policy
- Export the demand to the supply chain and directly participate in supplier communication, complete products selection and testing, and develop products that conform to the consumption habits of platform users
- Responsible for the products selling conversion rate, according to the operation data and user feedback, cooperate with the marketing department to continuously optimize the product structure, publicity methods, promotional activities, and operation policy
- Responsible for the new product launch process, formulate the launch plan, sales policy, product publication plan, product content, and keywords.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English.
- Three years or above experience in products' category operation or products selection in Indonesia, with at least one category of e-commerce operation experiences, such as fresh, fashion, beauty, home appliances, toys, children and electronics
- Familiar with local users' consumption habits and user psychology, have keen market insight and data analysis capabilities, be able to select potential products and be responsible for the expected output of selected products.
- Well understanding in e-commerce, such as promotion, operation, optimization, conversion rate, and improvement of categories, etc.
