Job Description
You will take responsibility in planning, acquiring, onboarding, and maintaining relationship with Brankas partner as well as creating Marketing activities that increase company awareness. You will:
- Identify potential client types and developing pitch materials tailored to each type
- Find and attend fintech-related events and create a report including; the objective and key takeaways of the event, as well as improvement suggestions based on the event
- Find and contact new potential partners and schedule introductory meetings
- Attend business development related meetings and create an analysis on potential collaboration as well as improvement suggestions based on the meeting
- Do the market and competitor research for every Brankas product
- Do the administration process for every Brankas client
- Serving as clients main point of contact
- Develop and execute marketing strategy and activities for Brankas product and service offering
- Conduct daily media monitoring for fintech industry and regulatory news across Southeast Asia
- Conduct desktop research on specific regulation, legislation, and policies
- Support operational and administrative as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor / Diploma
- Based in Jakarta
- Fluent in English is required
- Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and growth mindset
- Positive can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 months of internship period

About Brankas
Brankas helps SE Asia use direct bank transfers for online payments by removing the middleman and providing a frictionless “last mile” for payments! Before Brankas, online sellers would need to pay a bank or payment gateway for expensive “virtual account” systems, or hire a team of analysts to manually match each customer payment and disburse to vendors. Brankas automates the matching and disbursement processes and reduces transaction costs by 80%, letting our merchant partners focusing on growing their business. Brankas’ open payments management platform is built using Go on the backend, and TypeScript and VueJS on the frontend. Brankas’ APIs are published as gRPC services and are made available via REST, SOAP, and can be easily exposed via other protocols when needed. Our enterprise platform is comprised of a service-oriented architecture comprising a mix of first- and third- party services. We use transactional, non-relational databases as our primary datastore, and couple that with a conventional relational database (PostgreSQL). All systems and services are deployed as Kubernetes applications on Google’s Cloud and Container Platforms (GCP + GKE). All internal and external services use TLS encryption at the application layer, and all database volumes are stored on encrypted disks using secure keys injected only at launch.
