Job Description
- Planning, developing and implementing PR campaign and strategies
- Liaising with, and answering enquiries from individuals, other Media and other organisations, often via telephone and email
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
- Edit, update and monitoring the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and all multimedia programmes include social media post, etc
- Organising PR events including press confrences, exhibitions, open days and press tours also serve as the company's spokesperson
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends
- Prepare and submit PR reports
- Manage PR issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writting skills
- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- The ability to cope with pressure
- Creativity, imagination and initiative
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
