Job Description
- Create,plan and manage social media strategy for better growth,engagement and publications
- Analyze and turn all data into action plan
- Handling Brilio's all social media platforms (including youtube)
- Managing a team of social media officer, partnership, designer and content production
- Collaborate with other departments (video production & sales) to make sure everything is published correctly within correct period of time
- Make sure every content uploaded are already,deeply inspected
- Presenting every strategy to management, and to other related departments
- Correcting and motivating every team member to work under tight deadlines
- Reporting KPI weekly, monthly,quartal and yearly to top management
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years working in Social Media
- 2 years of being a Social Media Manager/Supervisor
- Highly creative and have great related references
- Deeply connected to every Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok trends
- Knows every technical issue related to social media
- Always be updated with social media platform algorithm
- Great presentation skills
- Have a great eyes to correct things (both for visual and copywriting)
- Have a great understanding of how to connect to social media audience
- Excellent knowledge on how to analyze social media data
