Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for an online video producer to lead our current video team. The video producer will be responsible for all behind-the-scenes decisions for filming including financial planning, script selection, and cast management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create video content for internal company announcements, promotional videos, product marketing videos, recruitment and corporate training videos
- Oversee the production of the content from the script selection process, preparing the storyboard, managing the budget, planning and selecting video shoot locations, developing production schedules, sourcing the equipment needed, and allocation of other resources needed for each project
- Manage the cast and crew for each project including arranging transportation for the cast and crew, and directing the cast during video shoots
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of the video content
- Able to analyze and evaluate performance of each project and provide insights for future projects
- Manage and maintain video library
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ year experience in a television, film, or digital media
- Possess the technical skills and has experience in recording and editing videos, including creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, and adding music/voice-over and sfx
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of what is trending amongst millennials in Indonesia
- High level of ownership and responsibility to achieving assigned tasks
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
