Job Description
- Maintain relationships with existing distribution partners and lead acquisition of new distribution partners
- Optimize revenue from distribution partners and find new solutions to increase traffic and revenue
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships and review legal agreements to ensure favorable terms for Brilio
- Manage all aspects of campaigns in DFP including setting up, testing, inventory management, and revenue optimization
- Generate reports on Brilio traffic and revenue performance of the Brilio website, distribution partners, and DFP
- Monitor and analyze traffic data for sales, accounts, social media, and management
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in partnerships and ad operations
- Expert knowledge in Google Analytics
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities
- Possess negotiation skills and experience in reviewing legal documentation
- High level of proficiency with DoubleClick for Publishers/Advertisers, Ad Exchange, and other ad core technology.
- Experience with web troubleshooting tools such as Firebug, Charles, Chrome/Safari Inspector or Web Developer Tools
- Medium to advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, Flash or JavaScript
- Must have ability to effectively communicate ideas and goals, and work with various levels of management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Undergraduate degree from a leading university
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and experience campaign optimization for various goals (e.g. ROI, views, or other CTAs) is a plus
