Job Description
- Assist the department in developing new business opportunities to maximize business growth and profitability.
- Explore other sources of revenue for the company through research activities in order to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Assist in identifying new sites and strategic locations for expansion.
- Work closely with contractors, service prociders, and suppliers for new branch constructions, renovation, and relocation activities to ensure timely turn-over of of spaces/branches and to meet business plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any four-year business related course
- At least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory/managerial position in Business Development or Marketing
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
