Job Description
- Provide consultation witn prospective clients by phone, email or in face-to-face meetings;
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services;
- Manage and track prospective customers and current clients through a CRM, keeping accurate tabs on sales activities;
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
- Assist the managers in major projects;
- Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring over-all experience and project implementation milestones;
- Learn product-specific information and maintain files of various products, services, and pricing schemes on offer;
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental and company processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or any related course;
- At least three years experience with a proven track record in sales
- Working knowlege of IT insfrastructure, hardware, software, cloud, cyber security, and/or software development;
- Willingness to learn new technology;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical people;
- Flexibility and the ability to communicate with people from various levels
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Willing to travel as required
